Just like you, every therapy journey is unique. Because every person has a different experience it is difficult to put a timeframe on it. We can discuss possible lengths once we meet and set goals for therapy.

While I am a licensed therapist, and I am qualified to diagnose mental health conditions according to the DSM-5, we will explore during the initial assessment together. We will discuss whether a diagnosis is important to you and if you meet the criteria for any specific diagnoses. If you intend to submit a Superbill to your insurance company, a diagnosis will be necessary for potential reimbursement. However, please note that my primary focus is not solely on diagnosing for reimbursement purposes; you must still meet the established diagnostic criteria.

When you pay privately for counseling, your records remain confidential and cannot be accessed by anyone without your written consent. This means you can maintain your anonymity and have complete control over your mental health services.
