Availability varies by therapist, but we do our best to offer appointments as quickly as possible. When you reach out, we’ll let you know current openings and match you with the soonest available clinician.

We typically respond within 1 business day. If you reach out on a weekend or holiday, we’ll follow up as soon as we’re back in the office.

Yes! We provide secure virtual therapy to clients anywhere in Colorado, including EMDR sessions, parts work, and child/teen therapy depending on the clinician.

Our clinicians work with ages 7 and up, depending on training and specialty.
If you include your child or teen’s age in your form submission, we’ll make sure the right therapist reaches out.

A standard 50-minute session is ideal for ongoing therapy, check-ins, and exploring patterns and emotions at a comfortable pace.
A 90-minute EMDR session allows more time to stabilize, process, and close out safely, which is especially helpful for trauma work, dissociation, or clients who prefer deeper, less rushed EMDR sessions.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a late fee. This helps us reserve the time and keep schedules running smoothly for all clients.

Our therapists work with a range of ages, generally 7 and up. Each clinician specializes in different age groups and needs.
