What we offer

Therapy for the things
you haven't said out loud yet.

Three ways in. All of them trauma-informed. All of them in Colorado Springs or online, wherever you are in Colorado.

The approach

We don't do one-size-fits-all.

Whether you're carrying decades of old pain, stuck in a loop you can't think your way out of, or parenting a kid who's struggling to say what's wrong — there's a path here. We match the modality to what you actually need, not the other way around.

i.

Nervous system first

We don't push faster than your system can go. Real work happens when your body feels safe enough to let the mind follow.

ii.

No performance required

Swear, cry, go blank, contradict yourself. You don't have to arrive with your thoughts organized. That's what the room is for.

iii.

In-person or virtual

We see clients face-to-face in downtown Colorado Springs, and virtually anywhere in Colorado. Most people do a mix of both.

The services

Three ways to work together.

Each service is distinct — but the thread running through all of them is the same: slow, relational, trauma-informed therapy that actually reaches what's underneath.

Adults · In person + virtual

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions for adults who are tired of holding it together for everyone else. A place to stop performing and start actually looking at what's going on — with someone who can handle what they find.

Trauma · In person + virtual

EMDR Therapy

For when the past keeps showing up in the present — the panic in a parking lot, the freeze when someone raises their voice. EMDR helps your brain finish processing what it couldn't complete the first time.

Ages 7+ · In person + virtual

Child & Teen Therapy

A warm, unhurried space for the kids and teenagers who are struggling to put words to what's happening — through conversation, play, or whatever makes it easier to say. We also support the parents trying to figure out how to help.

Who we work with

If any of this sounds familiar—

  • You've done therapy before. It helped some. But something still isn't moving.
  • You're high-functioning and exhausted by it.
  • Your kid is struggling and you don't know how to reach them.
  • You've read about trauma but never felt it applied to you — until recently.
  • You're in a military family navigating deployment, transition, or the cost of service.
  • You're fine. You just know you're not.
